We ask clients to arrive on time for their appointments. Clients arriving 10 minutes late may receive an abbreviated service and will be charged for the full service scheduled. Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late may forfeit their original appointment and will be imposed with a fee of 100% of the scheduled service.
Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment time are subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. Same-day cancellations and no-shows within 24 hours of the appointment are subject to a fee of 100% of the scheduled service. Clients who refuse to pay cancellation fees cannot reschedule until the amount is paid.
Client satisfaction is our highest priority. If clients are not entirely content, we ask them to let us know during their appointment or within 24 hours after the service has been performed. We are committed to making needed corrections and, if there was fault on our side, to offer a full refund. All services are covered under a 3-day warranty.

Our salon staff has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated, or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.
For client comfort and safety, please notify our stylists of any allergies, physical issues, disabilities, or if you are pregnant. If any discomfort or other symptoms are experienced during the service, we ask clients to inform their service provider immediately.
As we are concerned with both client and child safety, we strictly prohibit unsupervised children in the salon. In emergency situations, please provide proper supervision for them in the form of an additional caretaker. We also do not allow pets in the salon unless they are a licensed service animal.
We ask clients to refrain from cell phone use during their manicure service for health concerns and timing purposes. At Illustrated Nails, we aim to provide the best service possible, so we encourage clients to limit phone usage throughout the duration of their appointment. If you must take a call, we recommend using a hands-free method such as AirPods or headphones.
